Once worked in a refreshment stand at a pool. Every night we put the leftover popcorn in a bag and dumped it back in the bin the next day. By the 4th of July there may still have been kernels from Memorial Day.
Whenever there were various leftovers that had to be eaten up, I’d tell my son we were having a smorgasbord. It sounded a lot better than leftovers… Again?!?
