    What would be more on the target is an Afghan refugee family moving into an apartment next to a disabled military vet and family who just got there eviction notice because the moratorium ended.

    Any refugee, or any POC, who might move into a property next door (or within a half mile or so of) POS Stephen Miller would be extremely unlucky for a number of reasons (e.g. one could possibly catch something vile from that jackanapes just from being within that proximity), not least of which Miller would undoubtedly go all Rand Paul on them the second he becomes aware of their presence.
