At least here, almost all teachers are wearing masks and somehow no COVID outbreaks have occurred yet. One of my classmates predicted we’ll be out by Thanksgiving. (Masks aren’t mandated as almost everyone is vaccinated, but they are still strongly suggested)
The school where my daughter teaches has a mask mandate. She complained that they had 6 cases in the first week in her entire school. Where my great-nephew attends elementary school, in another state that doesn’t enforce mask rules (and argues against them), over 6 kids a day are getting infected. Just sayin’….
