As mentioned yesterday, save Mrs Olsen could save herself a chore. Limit the report to 2 pages and the subject to the best thing I did all summer. That was the ‘summer recap assignment’ for my middle school students and it was very enlightening. Found a lot of really good fiction writers.
What intrigues me is that while this is a recurring theme in comic strips, I never even heard of such a thing in all my years in school, in several individual schools in two different states.
