What happens when a micromanager gets a boss who tries to teach him/her leadership? I mean REAL leadership where one inspires and listens to one’s subordinates.
Next she’ll schedule a meeting and then at the meeting organise a committee….
I can relate to that.. some guys are just too dumb to even use a vending machine.
