How does one go about applying for membership in the AAHBF?

I recognize that sculpture. I even knew an aspiring artist who did a DC vacation just so she could make sketches of the many outdoor sculptures, and that one in particular.

And also the cryptic grafitti. I would frequently pass it while driving around the ‘non-tourist’ parts of DC. Same with the ill-maintained grave island. It’s quite close to another enigmatic aspect of DC. — unpaved alleys behind Capital Hill row houses. I used to park in one beside Finley’s Auto Body and Boxing Emporium. And, leave the company car unlocked, in case it needed to be shifted. Nobody messed with anything near Mr. Finley’s.

Been there. It’s all true, you know! D.C. is one big old House of Weird….
