And in another example of Q-publican bigotry:

A number of them have followed MTGreene in her false equivalency to the Holocaust and started wearing yellow, 6 pointed stars with the word “unvaccinated” on it, claiming that saying that people should be vaccinated is the same as the Nazis making Jews wear the Star of David. One in Oklahoma even showed it on the republican Facebook page with a microchip on top of the star.

Q-publicans love systemic bigotry: “callin ‘em dat isn’t bigotry, we allus call ‘em dat, it’s tradition.”

Keyrie Ellison once again goes for the dishonesty, once again dishonoring their screen name. The first thing to note in this cartoon is that the proprietor — not the government — has asked for proof of vaccination. That is their constitutional right. Secondly, there are many instances in this country’s history, including during the Revolution, of the government requiring immunization, masks, quarantine and other concessions to public health. Washington required small pox immunization among his troops. Entire sections of several cities were quarantined during past pandemics. And don’t forget the World War II black outs every night to make sure bombers couldn’t target them (not being bombed is a public health issue). I’m all for requiring vaccines for those who are able because if you’re going to live in a society then freedom always comes with responsibility for that community.

The vaccination card also doubles as a “proof of sanity” card.

How about ‘unvaccinated people inside, enter at your own risk’. For other restaurants.

In our society, we have to prove who we are…drivers license, birth certificate, mandated school shots, divorce papers, marriage license, etc. so WHAT may I ask, is the difference to showing a Card proving who you are and that you’re vaccinated? For the safety of fellow man, THE MASSES, it should be MANDATED! Kids can’t go to school unless they get mandated shots….if we didn’t have mandates, what would the world be like without Measles, Rubella, POLIO, MUMPS, ETC,ETC,ETC! It all boils down to consideration, common sense, respect for your family and those around you! I hope it will be mandatory in public places, so as to protect the people who did do the right thing!

That sign kind of implies that people are carrying fake Covid Vaccination Cards.

Yes, it’s past time to exclude the unvaccinated from the rest of us. Why should we let these people attempt to make us sick or kill us because of their nonsensical beliefs fed to them by their propaganda networks?

good – we should be doing vaccination checks before going inside – too many weirdos out there trying to spread a deadly virus.

The only thing that worries me about showing a card is how easy it would be to forge one. I wish there was a better way to discern who is truly vaccinated. It would make me feel a lot safer, especially nowadays when fewer and fewer people are wearing masks.

Interestingly enough, the same people who scream bloody murder about needing very specific cards to prove who you are in order to vote don’t seem to want to show ANY proof that you’re not a carrier of deadly disease (I exaggerate for effect) – of course we already know the G.O.P. are a bunch of hypocrites but, still, this is “breath-taking”.

Except the one diner in FL where the owner has banned vaccinated customers. Show proof of unvaccinated, he said. Well here’s my red MAGA hat. Come on in.
