I’ll shock everyone by saying I like the Nancy Sinatra and Lesley Gore combo tribute, even if it wasn’t intended.

Tracy is going to “look the other way” while Mysta assaults a suspect in custody? (Although this might be Self Defense!) But then isn’t Tracy derelict in his duties by not having properly restrained Archival who wasn’t even in cuffs yet. (Which Dick or Sam should have done already!)

Looks like self defense to me. No jury will convict her.

That’s our Mysta! I think that Archival earned that kick in the crotch after Tracy warned him to back off. The ring is no defense against that.

After all that do we really need to run him through justice ?  The lady has got satisfaction and in a much more earthy way than a walloping zap could ever hope to achieve.

Too bad Lesley Gore isn’t around to read today’s strip.

All men everywhere felt that. It was not what I was thinking Mysta would do but it was very effective. Also, I think Tracy recognized the ring in Panel 1. I am very sure Archival will have to explain that. I mean was not all of Bribery’s things suppose to be locked up somewhere while he is in jail?

And that’s why he hasn’t been cuffed yet…….

Archival is hardly the first person to be assaulted by his victim while in custody. Mysta’s revenge is far less than he deserves at this point. He’s coming out of this with no bullet holes—he should be grateful.

Why is everyone beating around the mulberry bush? Mysta scored a Touchdown by kicking the Pig skins through the uprights, scoring her Freedom as Tracy stands on the sidelines seemingly dumb founded not even seeing the Emerald Ring in plain sight!!

Right in the oompa loompas, as some would say.

You know, if Archival tries to have Mysta arrested for assault, he’s going to be out of luck. The DA will simply refuse to press charges. But if he sues her in civil court for damages, he’s got a real chance of winning. Of course, no matter how the criminal trial goes, Mysta and Vera can sue HIM for damages. (Loss of income, stress, etc.) They’re likely to win a lot bigger! As OJ learned, winning in criminal court isn’t always the end of the story.Of course, none of this will ever come up in the strip itself. As Ray has repeatedly pointed out, once the perp has been arrested the story is over.

Mysta Chimera cuts that braggard-kidnapper down to size with a well-placed boot! Bravo! Even Tracy seems to accept that it was called for.
