Feds nab Virginia Proud Boy who charged at cops while wielding a ‘large stick’ during Capitol riot
A member of the Proud Boys who was caught on camera charging at police during the Capitol riot has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia announced U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia announced on Wednesday that Virginia resident James Russell Davis has been charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder.
The complaint claims that Davis can be seen charging “up the West Front Terrace stairs” of the Capitol building and “toward the Officers wielding the large stick/pole like a baseball bat in a pose consistent with a person preparing to strike with the object.”
The footage cited in the complaint also shows Davis “pushing and screaming” at a police officer, and also “pushing the officers hands down” as they try to stop him from advancing toward the building.
Federal investigators say that Davis was not shy about using his status as a former Marine to justify his actions during the riots.
You would think that a woman with military training would not attack the American Capitol and would retreat when faced with a gun because she was entering a prohibited area. But Maga’s are weak minded crazy traitors who will die for a vicious lying dictator who did not even pardon them cause he thinks they are losers since they failed to hang Mike Pence.

I like the Capitol Police for stopping Jan. 6, but they’re doing something wrong if they still haven’t figured out who caused January 6. He’s not the ‘suspect,’ he’s the known perpatrator of January 6. There’s nothing to ‘suspect’ about it at this point. Trump is the reason January 6 happened. If nothing else he could have called off his minions before they broke into the capitol, or at the very least shut up about Mike Pence, but he derived some kind of sick pleasure from seeing his mob wreak havoc in his name. It’s like saying someone is the ‘suspect’ of a crime when there is a videtape of him committing the crime.
