Everybody should go around wishing happy birthday to total strangers, you are bound to find someone whose b-day is that day. Freaking them out is worth it.
Never wish him a “happy birthday”; the perpetually offended cannot be happy unless they have something about which to be offended. There used to be only a few of them, but, sadly, their numbers seem to be growing. I think it signals a decline in overall IQs.
