It’s a cute cartoon, but dogs with zoomies can benefit from a long walk or energetic play session. Mine never has the zoomies. They need to use their energy somehow and a nice outdoor walk is better than risking walls and furniture and lamps! Once when we were stuck mostly indoors, I don’t remember why, mine had a minor episode, so there is no question of the cure in my opinion. We do a lot of walking.
