I must admit that hearing that fool spout his nonsense (and so rudely and arrogantly) made me even more disgusted with that twerp. He’s not a virologist, nor an infectious disease specialist, nor a public health specialist, nor a specialist in immunology, nor a physician even in general practice. He’s not a researcher. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t let him even within a mile of my eyes either. I might know more about infectious diseases than Rand Paul. And that’s pretty scary. I might question an expert in a field but I don’t think I’d argue with the man who has written the book on it.

At this point, how the virus originated is pretty irrelevant and is Rand is just trying to deflect attention from what needs to be done to defeat it. Why it seems more important to him to try to blame the Democrats in some bizarre way than to concentrate on trying to fix the problem is a matter for another type of medical personnel.

Extremely weak people (and Rand Paul, named after a sociopath, is nothing if not weak) may try to bully stronger people, but will always be ridiculed by people with intelligence. As for the origina of the virus, it’s even now most likely it jumped from other animals to people, as so many other viruses are known to do, but the origin is irrelevant. Trump DELIBERATELY lied (and, no, Dr. Fauci did NOT tell Trump to lie) about the virus, over and over and over, and combined that with his massive idiocy, his cowardice, and his complete lack of caring about anything in the world other than himself, and thus led to literally hundreds of thousands of deaths that can be squarely blamed on the Helsinki Hasshole.
