I was startled, but he (the deer), is a true city kid like Dean.Despite what you’ve heard about deer in the headlights ,he was not startled at all. He just kept walking.
Yes, I live very close to Pennypack Park, locally famous for its deer herd, but still within the city limits.Dean may not know or appreciate it, but Philadelphia has LOTS of nature, often in unexpected places.
