Much of today’s society has become obsessed with these cell phones that it’s scary! Especially when you see people and mostly a lot of females, walking down the street just chatting or texting away. And at night! THAT’S the time when their attention should be focused on their surroundings as it is THEM who are more susceptible to being attacked!
