Heather: “No. Is that one of your kids, “coach”?

GilPa: “Good, I mean…errrr…no, just asking, who said I had kids or even cared about any of them that I coach?”

In all reality, the Milford football players gather at Lake Milford for another day of not doing any Summer conditioning or preseason practice .

Yeah, this is like Caddyshack 2 with Hendricks trying to play the replacement for Rodney Dangerfield. With his jokes failing miserably. Just like the sequel did.

So how was this set up? I guess Jawor went to Hendricks and said “How would you like to play with legendary coach Gil Thorp?” Wouldn’t that be a little weird?

They can have some fun with the whole ‘call me cart’ angle. e.g…nice putt, cart…..nice shot, cart, …tough break, cart…way to go, cart…you’re in the sand, cart

P 2: haha…that guy is actually pretty funny calling Gil “legendary” like he really means it

I am not going to call this guy “Cart”. I’m just going to call him “Gil”, since that will be a lot easier than trying to figure out which one is which.

P 4 (Heather’s voice): “…huh? …I don’t get it…” (she can start sand-bagging before “Cart” does)

P4: Heather – “Surely you can’t be serious.” Cartman – “Of course I’m serious. And don’t call me Shirley.”

Vito from Goshen has taken all day to decide to put this match on the big board. Is Gil going to purposely lose, to make the next play the sting? Will he show off that smooth swing to impress Heather and crush this guy? Lot of early money coming in on the Gilfather. He’s a legend.
