I think he’s trying to say that the “traitor who wouldn’t coup with Milley” is going to let Allen Weisselberg take the hit.

    Don’t do it Allen.

Think about what a lousy overbearing mostly absent father he must have been to get an idea who might flip.

Maybe they’ll point out to Don Jr that happy powder is exceedingly difficult to obtain if you’re in protective custody.

Which is why the new TV show “Billionaires in wood chippers” is so popular!

I hate this entirely accurate depiction of real life. Capitalism sucks.

If you’re rich you can even drug women and rape them with hardly any penalty. Money talks and rich crooks walk!

they pay folks a lot of money so they don’t have to give money to the government – then complain when the tax revenues are low and services are cut – just pay your damn taxes !

Eerily reminiscent of a certain failed, disgraced ex-president – Lucky dog!

“Then we’ll just amend the Constitution so the larger states get more Senators!…Lucky Dog?! What Happened?”

“The Constitution actually says that the ONE thing you can’t change is the right of every state to have an equal number of Senators.”

And it does. Even back in the 18th Century, the “little people” (in this case the smaller states) were afraid that the big people would use the law to their advantage.

Wait a minute. This toon is spot on, but Ruben wasn’t able to squeeze in one nauseating subtlety of the reality portrayed… Without exception, conservatives will label rich liberals, who may actually have a philanthropic streak in ‘em, but who also utilize Lucky Dog’s slimy tactics, as “elitist.” On the other hand, to these same conservatives, conservative businessmen like Lucky Dog have the God-given right to game the system, illegally and unethically, to protect their hard-earned wealth, and these same Right-leaners never see this irony. As my pop told me years ago, when it comes to conservatives, often two and two just doesn’t add up to four.

But… but none of this makes any sense! Surely the world revolves around common sense and justice, doesn’t it?

I once had the good fortune to hear Chuck Jones speak about the philosophy behind the Warner Brothers characters: how Bugs Bunny was attacked by another (usually Elmer Fudd) but because of his innocence he prevailed. Daffy Duck, on the other hand, was always scheming and trying to cut corners which is why he always failed. There was a moral order to the WB cartoon universe.

Up until today, there had also been one in the Dancing Bug universe and that predictability had been satisfying.

Let me get this straight. If someone tries to cancel you via Twitter, all you have to do is not read it? And then it goes away? Neat!

Lucky dog doesn’t do anything to “work” or “earn” his wealth. He got his wealth thru scams of one sort or another. “Behind every great fortune, there is a crime.” – Honoré de Balzac
