He’d rather feed his dog dog food than table scraps.

Probably posts anonymously. Using a pseudonym. Like “Imagine” or something.

And Guilt Ridden ones do not keep doing all that. It’s more likely I Don’t Gives A Darn Man.

I really get tired of the constant (and I do mean constant) requests to ‘rate’ a service, especially when they leave email requests and text requests and then phone—even when you have already provided your rating. For some reason, they can send requests all three ways, but they don’t seem to be able to keep track of the replies sent.

When did it become de rigueur to leave ratings for adequate service? Just today I got a “follow-up” email asking about the service I had just received. The deeply-important-service performed for me was providing a URL link to a download. Not worth my time to reply. If I get exceptional, really exceptional service I write the CEO. Exceptionally bad, same thing. Engaging in time-wasting bean-counting? No.

Trouble with ratings – they leave no room for exceptional service as everyone seems to give top marks for doing the expected.

I would have zero guilt for the bottom two “ offenses”. I forget names so often, I don’t much worry about it. But it can be embarrassing.
