This is exactly the reason ours became a Koy Pond. Flying roaches at night and not dark enough during the day. Just no satisfying her.

I don’t understand getting in a hot tub in the summer. I had one for a good number of years but only used it during the cooler months. I even got in once when it got to 20 below. It was okay in the tub but getting out was rough. Not one of my better ideas.

We used our pool at night just once or twice. Way too many bugs !

I do a lot heavy exercise and would love to get a hot tub. My wife would never get in through. It’s too easy to get infections even if you clean it and keep up the chemicals. Of course, too many chemicals ruins the skin.

Good idea to check the tub first, in some sections of the South, you could find a Gator taking his ease in the tub.

Considering that they live in a region noted for it’s creepy-crawlies, Janis is being very reasonable.

As much as Janis loves Arlos attention in the tub is she thinking he has bigger plans in the hot tub?

This should be VERY interesting! Janis wants to leave on the outer lights as well as the lights that illuminate the water of the hot tub!!! The neighbors will get a rare treat to a view when they use their binoculars! A unique spying version of the game PEEK-A-BOO!!! FUN!!!!!

A lighted anything outdoors here at night would be feast for the flying insects. That’s why most people here in Florida screen their pools in, otherwise they would be useless much of the year. Sadly, ours in not. (Nor did I want the damn thing but hubby insisted).
