When this arc started I made a joke that maybe this was leading to a Luann/Jonah relationship, but it was so ridiculous, even for Luannverse to take seriously. Now I wonder. I mean where would Shannon get access to these rather “adult” oriented YouTube’s? In the olden days it was video’s or DVD’s, now it’s YouTube videos on streaming tv, or phones; which means does daddy try to monitor what his smart, curious, strong-willed daughter has access to? Or is he too busy to be aware? Luann might inquire (she is showing concern) and who knows where this might lead? Could happen. Oh Jonah playing on Luann’s kind heart to get a hot young stepmom for Shannon? Hmmmm.

I wonder if Bets is already ghosting Gunther again. lol

Of course, Shannon, as a child, loves watching YouTube videos with that kind of old and very stupid jokes. She reminds me a lot of Brad in his old Couch potato form. Luann wants a ponytail and then she’ll give Shannon one. It will be so cute to see them both with ponytails. I think the idea of them doing each other’s hair it’s really sweet. Really a sign of deep connection between the two♡. Beside that, did they change Luann’s hair color? She’s blonde and not her usual strawberry blonde, it’s the second strip like that. Someone wake up the colorist!!!

Shannon is the personification of this idiot strip. Acts like a developmentally disabled toddler, is the substitute child of Brad and Toni so that they won’t have to procreate by icky sex, and the people around her react with exactly the same illogic as she does. No wonder Evans think she’s adorable.

If this doesn’t end with L’s hair being chopped I’ll be disapointed

Shannon is more entertaining today than she has ever been before. While I’m still cringing in anticipation of the inevitable other-shoe-drop, at least I reacted with amusement instead of annoyance. More of this and less of “Shannon broke something” please.

If this story line goes on much longer, I’m removing it from my favorite strips.

That kid is not precocious she’s a brat. Is the strip on vacation or something and this is a summer filler?
