Two things that are killing of newspapers, price and the internet.

It kills me when they want you to pay money when the same thing can be found else where. Rory is so darn cute! He doesn’t mess around! What you see is what you get!

Are we all assuming that newspapers always printed the truth?

unfortunately what is in our paper every morning is what what on the news broadcast the evening before and they charge too much. most people just get the Sunday paper because it contains the coupons families need to save on their grocery bills. the ads are also in our Sunday paper plus they are also delivered every Saturday morning in a plastic bag deposited in our driveways. i can remember 60 years ago when we had a morning AND an evening newspaper.

We stopped our newspaper about 8 years ago. Haven’t missed it at all.

Real news has already disappeared.

Real news reporting is long gone. I wonder if it ever existed.

Actually, there were daily “newspapers” during the height of the Roman empire. They were hand printed/copied by slaves.
