Going back to Monday’s strip, Rip says that his bones still ache from his fight with the monster. Are they really still aching ever since he was released from the hospital and he later ate some pancakes which healed his injuries? I mean, the whole time afterward, they’ve been aching forever, even during the time he was isolated from his family by the missile that he disabled?

I’m curious about that “kissing” remark. How long did he have to keep kissing Mr. Fjord before he knew?

I assume there is someone with legal background here … if you attempt to kill someone who, without your knowledge, happens to already be dead … did you still commit a crime? If so what was it?
