We are on a farm, we get mice. In the summer, they go outside so are not a real bother but in the winter, they get into the house and chew things and poop.In the spring, the wall snakes come out of hibernation and eat the mice still in the walls. The other mice that escape him move outside. The wall snake never leaves. His name is Wally, the wall snake.
A few months ago, I knew Wally woke up because I walked into the kitchen to see two inches of snake head peeking out from between two pieces of hardwood.
