I wish they had made that remake or sequel where intelligence was added to the giantism of the ants. I sort of wrote it into my Alternate Alley Oop along with Man from Uncle an The Invaders set in 1980. Oop as an UNCLE agent from Patagonia. The aliens are badder than ever and one last chance to win. They steal the entire project from WASP and use it to execute their final chance to kill everyone on Earth. David Vincent is a DIA now.

I honestly thought those were spiders; they would’ve recommended Jeff Daniels movie Arachnophobia.

What about the DreamWorks Antz? It was a 1998 American computer-animated adventure comedy film.

If an ant ever asks me a question like that, the answer is always going to be, “YES! Please don’t kill me!”

Perhaps a double feature with Saul Bass’ “Phase IV”

Not the best version of it. Better to read the actual story.
“THEM” is better.
