Today is the anniversary of the Civil Rights Act 0f 1964 — Republikans plan to commemorate it by celebrating the gutting the Voting Rights Act by ideologues on SCOTUS.
I think hes got a point. . . I’m very leery of the “private company” defense here, these companies get some government level lawsuit protection I believe . . and are near monopolies in their niches, . . .they should be censoring very little .. .maybe leave notes which I thought Twitter at least was doing a bit of .. .
It just goes to show when in doubt, write it down. Documents can be shredded, but a post on the web endures forever (or until the next Russian hack – whichever occurs first).
Of course Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube have not deleted the Declaration of Independence… and Franklin is not posting anything since he died centuries ago… but don’t allow facts to stand in the way of a good indignant lie…
Let’s see… who was it who when Public Radio read the Declaration of Independence were up in arms about it…. wasn’t the Liberals…. wasn’t the moderates…. Oh yes, it was the Conservatives who were up in arms over the radical socialist crap.
Our Founders were Liberals. Once they won our Independence from the Brits, conservatives then known as ‘Tory’ had sided with the Brits against the United States of America were shunned, beaten, tarred and feathered, run out of town on a rail, and/or hanged. Most left for Nova Scotia, some for England. Who let them back in?

I imagine Payne would have sided with Hitler since he favors Nazi media sites.

Heny?1 How many times does your doctor have to tell you to “Take your blue pills”?

Payne DESPERATELY needs an editor. Or a friend. Someone to tell him, “Hey, that is stunningly stupid. Try something else.”
Shame on you, Detroit News, for printing such nonsense.

Liberals love censorship because they know they can’t win if the other side is allowed to speak.

The amusing thing is that conservatives like Payne would have been on English side. That constitution would have been far too radical for them.

Where was Henry Payne on Jan. 6?

Democrats have torn the Declaration of Independence to shreds for decades, perhaps also for two centuries.
