You’d think that Phoebe hangs around a unicorn would be common knowledge by now in her neighborhood. I know the Shield of Boringness is still a thing, but honestly, they’ve done enough things to bypass and/or weaken that enough times for others to become aware of Marigold by now that you’d think word would’ve gotten around at least a little.
