Running With Scissors was a video game company that made the POSTAL games. You can still get them on GOG.com. The object of the game was to slaughter everybody you could find.

There actually is a winery named “Running with Scissors” in Livermore, CA. It’s actually not bad considering that it costs about $10/bottle.
