When was the last time you went to a movie theater, Vince? Back when tickets were probably 50¢ in your childhood?
The theater in the town where I went to school (K-12), until not so long ago, sold tickets for all shows for $1.00. Now, it’s $3.00 for adults (and still only $1.00 for seniors and kids 12 and under)
Going back a number of yrs it cost a dime for Saturday matinees and your got a three cent candy bar
$8? Not even enough for just one of you!
