    When I think of baseball stars, I think of players like: Micky Mantle and Yogi Berra, Roberto Clemente and Willie Stargell, Bob Gibson and Lou Brock, Frank Robinson and Brooks Robinson

    It didn’t bother me so much that the players look so young, but when the coaches and officials started looking generations younger than me, I had to admit that I was getting a bit long in the tooth.

    I tell it like it is. But I will admit, it is crazy watching people like Drew Brees and Philip Rivers retire (players I have been watching for a decade) and watching kids like Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert kick butt.

    it really hurt a few years ago when “Trey” Griffey was with the Pittsburgh Steelers (briefly).he is the son of Ken Griffey Jr. and the GRANDSON of Ken Griffey Sr., who I grew up watching (Sr. played from 1973 to 1991, give or take)
