Or at least hook Bob into a backpack and take a jog in the park. Unless those indoor machines have a distraction like a screen with scenery or something to take your mind off how much you hurt (and I don’t mean Bob) it usually get turned into a clothes hanger.

Do what I do, put the dogs on leads and go for a walk in the country – and pray they don´t see a rabbit!
