This country has ALWAYS been a place hostile to those deemed I sufficiently white and Protestant. It was wrong 245 years ago, and it’s wrong today. Antisemitism is wrong but has always been present here, either just under the surface or on full display.
Huge caveat, however: criticism of the state of Israel is NOT antisemitism. It is criticism of the policies of a country. Nothing more, nothing less.
There is no abatement of Anti-Semitism in the U.S. just as discriminiation/violence continues against those of Asian descent, Blacks, women, those practicing alternative sexualities.
It seems that Q-Anon et al. are for calling anything for giving people more rights as being “socialistic” but it seems that the Socialists in Germany in the 1930’s were for restricting certain people their rights…….or the communist’s in Russia —if you were of the right family or were “friends” of the Party, you got what you wanted while millions died………the new order ’publicans just need to look in a mirror to see the true socialists (Trump, McConnell, Gaetz, Cruz & Empty (Margaret Taylor) Greene ).
