I cannot tell if Marm’ is doing this to help or to be a nuisance.

We have a huge backyard and it slopes and dips. So there’s dirt/w rocks built up in different places that looks like buried bodies. ( maybe there are)

    Sometimes, not a great ‘thing’ to have a ‘power shovel’ for a neighbor ! ! ! Particularly, one that doesn’t understand ‘NO’ ! ! ! !

The inconvenience is transitory. The damage is permanent.

Only time I’ve hit a dog — with a rolled up newspaper. Just after an afternoon of planting bulbs, I saw my Golden digging them up. She never did that again after her beating (loud, but no physical injury), instead focusing on ground squirrel dens, Give me credit for using the paper, please. Alas, she never brought me a ground squirrel.
