@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny but again a repeat , the judge is so fed up of having our HERO Mr Andrew Capp brought to his court that he sentenced Andy to life imprisonment without hearing his case , in the third panel his honour is breaking the fourth wall because he’s guilty and Andy is asking for our support , which I will gladly give :o) my avatar is a spoof of what a Zebra crossing could mean :o) how was your day? our Finally Friday should be busy but calm I hope , no errands to run or shopping to do, I am in a good mood , Connie not so much so I’ll relax till this evening when I’ll have my modified fav nosh , keep safe, the anti Covid19 vaccine jab won’t hurt and thanks for caring young Lady
Objection!? I’ve already drawn my conclusion. Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime. (perhaps that lady with the scales will come back and kick some ass)
I would guess that the Barrister needs to show that he did something in Andy’s defense in order to get paid for his time. Wonder if the Public Defender, (if that is what they are called in the U.K.), gets paid by the hour or by the number of people he defends each day.
Andy’s attorney is right!!! Everyone is entitled to Human Rights which include DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW!!! Great Britain was the first to establish Human Rights with the Magna Carts! No judge in any country has the jurisdiction to pronounce someone guilty without the accused defending themselves!!! THIS IS KANGAROO COURT!!!!!
I had a lovely day today. My friend couldn’t meet up so I had a great time on my own instead. I’m glad I’ve learned to enjoy my own company as I rarely get lonely. I went to a bar and had a large pint of Coke with ice and then had a KFC. It was a lovely sunny day as well.
The Beatles walked across a Zebra crossing on the Abbey Road album cover. That’s what I was trying to impersonate in my avatar but with little success.
I received a text today saying I can now book my COVID vaccine but I already have. Geez! Keep up. Haha. I probably got it because I didn’t book online.
Enjoy your favourite nosh today, pal. Stay safe, stay well and stay happy. See you after the weekend.

The judge wants to be jury and executioner/(sentencer)
If allowed, it would put an unacceptable cap on the exploits of Mr Capp and where would the strip be??

As in the old Hogan’s Heroes TV show- you will be given a fair trial then shot by firing squad

I think the judge is on to something that all judges should follow everywhere. “Hang the guilty ba$tard then we’ll give ’em a fair trial.”

It’s a “shut and open” case, then.
