I’m going to need an explanation. Is that the on deck circle? Why is the pitcher standing there instead of on the mound? What is he facing? Why does the reaper have two scythes? Why is there a hockey puck on the ground and what are the other two things?

I don’t get it either.

This is a cartoon that makes you think. And think. And think. And think. And then just move on to the next one.

That’s not necessarily the pitcher.That’s the on deck circle. The grim reaper is warming up. I’ll make an educated guess about the items on the ground.That’s a weight in the 5 o’clock position of the on deck circle that he puts on the scythes while he warms up to make them feel lighter when he takes it off.That’s a rosin bag in the 2 o’clock position of the on deck circle.That’s a mat in the 1 o’clock postion of the on deck circle for cleaning off his spikes.

When they reach the end, they become managers and or coaches….

Old baseball players don’t die, they just have their options declined.

Nah, they just become Pittsburgh Pirates.
