The concept is to hide hand-painted rocks in various locations for strangers to find. If you find one, there are instructions on the back asking you to post a picture to a group page on Facebook, sometimes with a specific hashtag, before releasing the rock back into the wild – in a new hiding place. Or you can keep the rock. The fun part is to see how far the rock travels. This has been going on for several years.
sad that we are too afraid to be “goody two shoes”. I think we need some more “Returning the Favor” episodes and “Some Good News” that played last spring. These were shows that focused on people who went ahead and made their neighborhoods better as best they could.
