OK! I admit I don’t get that one, but then I’m not into seafood, can anyone explain?

Looks like the recipe for clam sauce from Caruso’s Restaurant in Palm Coast, Florida. Looks yummy. (Not really picnic food, though. Pass the potato salad.)

I found a recipe for Mussels Caruso, and it looks delicious. They’re cooked in garlic, capers, hot peppers, wine, and butter. I don’t see what the ant is so upset about.
