“Ask not what you can do for your government, but what your government can do for you” it’s been a long time and we have seriously gone astray.

..and now we have a generation that want to just let a government have all the power so they don’t have to think anymore

The solution to the impending debt crisis is to have the federal reserve add a few zeros to the digital money supply and also run the money printing machines nonstop.

Our periods of highest economic growth actually happened during times of high taxation, when profits were actually put back in to building the business, rather than lining the pockets of sociopaths.

I am surprised. When Lewis and Fry have stooped to dropping rare political remarks recently they have been of the lean-left variety; this one is out of their norm.

Verne what are you talking about “going to”? It already has ended badly, everything costs outrages’ amounts today and it is only the tip of the iceberg.

Everyone can have everything they need and some of what they want. Simple solution that too few are willing to accept. Reduce the population by 90 %. You don’t have to like the answer. Don’t accept that ? Accept that the species will die in it’s own poison in 1,000 years or so. Any species left to grow without limits will exhaust it’s resources at some point. We are right on the edge and NO, science is not going to come up with some miracle answer to unlimited growth.
