What may be going on with the library board thing, now that I think about it, is that the current board members might just be voting on filling the unexpired term of the guy who quit. (This being pretty common.) Zane might just be confused as to how the process goes. That being said, his age shouldn’t be a bar. In my state, there isn’t even a residency requirement for such posts.

So she tells you she’s not going to be playing in college and you call college coaches anyway?

P1, Mimi may be a better coach than we give her credit for as she smashes golf balls at her infielders with a fungo bat to sharpen the ol’ reflexes.

P2, Even Corina’s mustache is unhappy with Mimi.

P3, I hope the Thorp’s remembered to pay their homeowner’s insurance bill on time. I think I smell smoke.

P1- How many baseballs does one need to conduct a softball practice?

P2- if Mimi works with the infielders, who is coaching the outfielders? She hasn’t had an an assistant (Coach Glory from Elon College) since AlJo James played shortstop.

P3- Mimi looked prettier yesterday planting her bush.

they practice in their uniforms? The bare midriff look with the uniforms might distract the other players and give them an edge!

Is Milford the only place where coaches and players practice in full uni’s?

pretty persistant interest Mimi has in CK. seems to be developing into a strongly “athletic” interest.

I am going to legit miss Corrina when she inevitably goes off to college. She is the only GT character I enjoy reading unironically. She’s smart, funny, and has more depth than the rest of the Milford clan combined. The last character like that was that tall chick, and they killed her off!

P 4 (takes off catchers gear and throws it on the ground): “…this is why I hate team sports…some little b***h always gettin’ in your face about something…I quit…”

We don’t have to coach. One of the other girls told me they come in different sizes. I switched from Moon maid to Johnstown.

so still another branching story line on this arc. Believe that makes 4 now. Library board, BF/GF fight (Katy making errors, her BF suddenly can’t pitch)CK and Mimi continue their debate over college. And then there is CK and Tru bromance that was left hanging.

So much drama, so much suspense

Uh-oh. Tough luck. Thanks to the NCAA allowing all current college seniors to come back for a “free” extra year, there won’t be any scholarships available for this year’s graduating high school seniors.

I think we’ve seen that the outfield fence is chain link. Shouldn’t we be able to see something on the other side of it? It looks more like a wall than a fence in P1.

The only surprise here would be if absolutely no coaches are interested in checking out CK and the whole college thing is just dropped. Odds of that……0%.
