Scarcity drives up the price of anything, provided there is some sort of market for it. If nobody wants it enough to pay for it, it doesn’t matter what the price is.
Time is a concept. Go to bed early. Sleep 8 hours. Get up after that. Sleeping more than 8 hours is not good for you. Also, sleep deprivation isn’t healthy either. In my time zone where I’m living now, I go to bed at 8pm and get up at 4am.
