I’ve always struggled with my weight and started smoking more than once hoping it would help me lose weight. All it did was give me a second problem, how to quit smoking!
Sounds like my next door neighbor, he smokes too much and is always coughing and sound liking he is going to cough up his lungs but yet after he is done coughing he lights another one up, we share a common wall and the smell comes through the one sometimes and I have to spray air fresheners . I always make sure the apartments are smoke free before I live in them but I had no choice to take this place when soon to be ex husband left me and I had to find a much cheaper place and my dad told me the apartment below him was open it is was in the right price range, there are 8 apartments in our building and Dad and I are the only non smokers. You would think these smoker idiots would realize what is making them cough like that, but they just keep lighting them and inhaling all that garbage into their lungs. Smokers make me sick.

Experts really are saying the obesity epidemic is partially caused by so many people giving up smoking. Nicotine suppresses appetite.
That’s not an argument for going back to smoking. Lung cancer is a slow, ugly way to die.
