If this cartoon is about the recount in Arizona…Hugo Chavez came back from the grave and tried to mess with the ballots, but unfortunately the secret giant Jewish space laser fired in the wrong place at the wrong time and destroyed them all. So, they had to resort to importing bamboo from Asia. And then the reptilian androids disguised as GOP operatives switched all the ballots with `fake ballots they brought from Alpha Centauri in their millennium hyperdrive. Hope that clears up any confusion over the vote recount in Arizona by the Cyber Ninjas.
