Funky The woman speaking looks roughly in her 70’s or 80’s. That would make her career in “the bullpen” starting in the 60’s or 70’s. The “culture” she is talking about was common in the 30’s and 40’s, but by the 60’s, such harassment was slowly becoming noticed and dealt with.

JUDGE PARKER: Some of the JP stories read more like a graphic novel than a comic strip. This is one of those stories.
