Almost all of these shootings are because the Officer cannot control the situation without violence or the threat of it. They do not issue clear commands, or issue conflicting commands or do not give the person time to react to the command. The guy reaches into the car to get his wallet then the trooper draws and yells get out of the car and when the guy does, the trooper fires 4 shots. Endangering others in the area as only one round hits the driver.And just heard that the former Dallas Officer Guyer has asked for a retrial arguing self defense. She entered the wrong apartment and shot the resident.
Incredible…the do not issue clear demands?……or conflicting demands!…..do not give time for person to react?…..all of this from one video cam? We are doomed, all police departments are full of idiots. Lord, have mercy!!
