This is only the beginning. If it took a fully documented video from a distance showing a deliberate and calculated murder by a police officer who pushed away anyone who tried to stop him, how much harder will it be to stop ordinary police abuses? There’s a lot of work to be done. Kudos to Darnella Frazier, who did everything right to avoid being attacked, or seen as a biased observer, however horrific the event was.
Kinda off topic, but I just read this and it made my day:
“In November 1994, a black man was waiting for a train at a station in Vienna, Austria, when an elderly white woman approached him and began making “racist remarks,” which she continued when they boarded the same train. After enduring the verbal abuse for a while, the man finally grabbed the woman’s train ticket out of her hand . . . and ate it. When the conductor came by, the woman was fined and ejected from the train at the next stop, not for what she’d said to the man, but because she didn’t have a ticket."
At least he didn’t get pick The Kennedy Center Honors. By the way they haven’t picked Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio (songwriter for the Four Seasons) when they everybody else that where big in the 60’s.

I had to ddg for this because I knew her act, not her name. She’s the young woman who took the video of the cop(s) killing George Floyd.

On the other hand, this could also be an indictment of the Oscars in that the liberals who voted only wanted social justice films.
