Talk about a real waste of an attorney fee, and I wonder if that includes a retainer fee.

hurry!! don’t wait!! get your name on the class action suit and get $1.00 while the attorneys retire for life or go on to the next frivolous class-action suit to tie up the courts. "your honor, may I call you that? we represent the poor people who were ripped off by the money-hungry companies of this land. why I bet even yourself, your honor, was taken in by the deception of the advertisements about this product. I’m talking, your honor, about the “freedom of speech” promised to everyone no matter what, and then not delivered. I’m talking about censorship, shaming, and cancel culture. wait, what?………. okay forget it, we’ll take on money extorted through political lies (taxes) instead – no? lies about ______ – no? well then ______ – no again huh? well, I’m gonna sue aunt _____ cause she made me cry once. It’s a real shame the Democrats are always fighting tort reform. No surprises though since some of their biggest campaign contributions come from the trial lawyer industry.

Can I sue him for the cut got opening the envelope I got from his office with the docs I need to sign- or maybe even one of those papers.?

PI lawyers will sue for ANY excuse. Why? Because THEY get 35-50% of the settlement. No retainer. You only pay if they win. That is why they sue for such high amounts. And who pays the settlement? Your insurance company. Then the PI lawyers claim the insurance companies are to blame. WHAT?

I wish they would ban lawyers advertising on tv.
