How can anyone defend the lack of gun regulation that allows a nut case who has had a shotgun seized by court order to go out and purchase two military style semiautomatic murder weapons?
It’s long past time to accept that the 2nd Amendment, as interpreted today, has been grossly distorted from any original intent. In the presence of the National Guard and a standing professional Army, the amendment is obsolete and needs, at the very least, to be heavily revised, if not repealed entirely.
