Gooooooooooooooood morning, Locos! Well I finally got everything cleaned up but next party is at Dry’s house! I need to visit a factory gas monitor tech guy that lives near her and swig some Bookers with him. Back when I was working I would call his direct number and have “Wipeout” cued up when he answered. As soon as he heard that the cussing kicked into high gear!
Well since I am the “Feisty Hot Italian Girl”, homemade pasta dough, HOMEMADE, which means just that! No boxed store bought crappy pasta. You have a choice cleo , spaghetti, lasagne, or gnocchi. :-) And since I am cooking, and making the pasta from “scratch”, you can bring the WINE! ;-)
I have spaghetti and make gnocchi often. I love the varieties and different ways to make gnocchi, but I have Lasagna seldom. Since we are just two, LilG and I; I haven’t made lasagna noodles or Lasagna in a long time. Since we Locos are a tight little group, how about Lasagna. Pick the sauce and I will bring the wine to match it.
