    I remember in the 50’s we made scrambled egg sandwiches and fried Bologna sandwiches, and fruit and a cookie in a brown paper bag…LOL

    My mom made me a tuna fish sandwich on rye, with pickle relish and some chopped celery. No mayonnaise. Every day in high school, I never got tired of it, still like it. Some of the guys would opt for a slice of pizza, 15 cents, but that was a lot of money then.
