Pretty much sums it up in a nut shell. Place that nut shell into that large barrel of nut shells over there.

I see that Deering is engaging in sarcasm. Again. And I’ll also admit I enjoyed the well chosen contrast.

The Trump Infrastructure Plan never got around to just installing guardrails in their unplanned plan.

Obama found out how willing Republicans are to deal in good faith – every time he compromised to where the Republicans claimed to support, they backed up and continued to obstruct.

Case in point: When Obama was planning on appointing a judge to the SCOTUS, he asked the Republican Senators to send him a short list of judges that they would deem acceptable, to facilitate confirmation. Merrick Garland was on that list – sort of pre-approved, in a way. And yet Mr. Garland didn’t even get a confirmation hearing – the SCOTUS seat was stolen by McConnell.

So when Montana BS claims “Republicans will be happy to approve” – don’t believe a word of it. THAT is the BIG LIE

And higher wages mean more taxes to pay for the improvements.

republicans feel the “infrastructure” should include mowing the grass at Mar-a-Lago and better chairs on their side of the aisle, and nothing else.

But the wall was necessary to prop up a very weak self esteem burdened by a massive ego.

I remember when they told us that after Reagan tripled the National debt, then Bush2 tripled it again, and tRump buried it. But Republican/conservatives only complain when a Democrat is in office trying to deal with the messes they always leave.

“Bridge out” — otherwise known as laws with no teeth — being studiously(?) ignored by the Republicans.
