It’s the cactus species known as “Trumpus Cantankerous” — extra prickly.

I have never lived in an area with cacti but my understanding is that they are not trees.

Well Agent 99, I missed the humor by that much.

Um, yeah, not a tree… Joshua Tree is just the name.

@ WR & SS All you reference reeks of fascism.

“Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.” – Benito Mussolini

The goal of fascism is to prevent upward socioeconomic mobility and maintain class (caste) separation. Perpetually keeping the rich on top, as everyone else services them. the status quo

This is the goal behind almost all conservative policies—voting suppression, trickle down economics (tax cuts for only the wealthy), de-funding public health and education, corporate bailouts, etc.

The resulting goal is mass wealth-inequality, akin to the times of the monarchies—where select families were the true rulers. Which is why Edward, Duke of Windsor supported Adolf Hitler.

The death of the monarchies and their power was an underlying theme of WW1&2–which was only 76 years ago (just two generations).

    GQP are wannabe dicktators.
