A person with good eyesight can see more from the bottom of a well than Earl can see from a mountaintop.

Don’t apologize Earl, I’m still pondering your question.

I’d like to know who is the wise man Earl was quoting.

Why would the wise man climb to the bottom of a well

The breath should have tipped you off, Earl.

An old man can see less from the couch than his wife can see from the front door.

I’m sure Roscoe has some thoughts on the matter but he tends to keep things to himself.

Anyone can have wise or foolish moment.

Earl is able to accomplish both at the same time.

Roscoe can see more from his food bowl than Muffin can see from her litter box!

Actually, if the guy at the bottom of the well is so wise, what is he doing at the bottom of the well?

And the eyes in his head

Roscoe is probably a better listener!

Todays comic is just out of this world , what could be better that the Precious Roscoe in three of the four frames . The curious look in frames one and four , but the surprise look with the BIG eyes in the second frame are just precious . Thanks to Brian for todays comic .

Since Earl’s eyes are not in good shape, neither perspective will bring clarity.

A wise man would not end up in the bottom of a well, especially if his wife was watching. She’d clew him in … for the rest of his life.

Roscoe looks utterly confused. Time for Earl to get new glasses.

Earl has about 20/200 eyesight: close-sight, far-sight, hind-sight, etc.
